I'd just like to say hello to anyone who has recently started reading here and encourage you to post and comment as much as you like, as I have recently changed the format to allow free commenting.
In the short time this site has been up, I've already made a new Nei Jia friend and discovered that theres this wonderful community of Nei Jia martial artists out here in the blogospheres posting their thoughts and findings, and I've found them all to be quite erudite and informative.
