My favorite target for my existential ire as of late is anything food related. Ryan-my gf-was the first person to bring up the point that the poor can only afford bad food, which just makes their situation worse. Look at this site and then translate the effects of malnutrition into the long string of physical and psychological effects that Chinese Medicine recognizes.
